Machine status: 1. The machine can be powered on, and the power supply has been confirmed to be normal. However, the axis parameters and program data have been lost, so it is currently not possible to verify whether the individual axes and overall machine movements are functioning properly. 3. According to the customer, the handwheel is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one. The laser printer may also be defective and requires further inspection and confirmation. 6. The hydraulic oil, cutting oil, coolant, lubricating oil, and other fluids have been stored or used for an extended period and should be replaced with new fluids. 7. The pneumatic system hoses/pipes should be inspected for aging, cracks, or damage. Replacement will be required if any deterioration or leakage is found.
